Terms and conditions

GENERAL

These terms and conditions and the complaints procedure govern all purchases of tickets for all events organized by Bachata Magic (hereinafter referred to as the “Events”) made through the sales network of the websites “Go and Dance”, “AllEvents” and direct sales.

PROCEDURE FOR PURCHASING TICKETS 2. Tickets can only be purchased through direct sales from the organizer, through the Bachata Magic events – go&dance portal (goandance.com), through the “AllEvents” portal. Among the payment options, it is possible to choose between bank transfer and immediate payment by card. When purchasing tickets, the customer is obliged to follow the specified procedure and payment terms.

The prices of individual tickets can be found on the BachataMagic festival social networks, on the go&dance portal (goandance.com) and AllEvents. The amount of payments depends on the specific time period and type of tickets.

For the reason stated in the provision of § 1837, letter a j) of the Civil Code, the purchase of a ticket cannot be withdrawn by the procedure pursuant to Section 1829 of the Civil Code (withdrawal within 14 days without giving a reason), since in this case it is a contract for the use of free time and the performance (participation in the Event to which the ticket entitles) is provided on a specified date or time.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE 5. All complaints about tickets are governed by these terms and conditions and the complaints procedure.

The paid admission fee is non-refundable. The admission fee can only be transferred to another person.

The ticket can only be exchanged by its owner via an email request, which will state the ticket number, the name of the new owner and their email.

In the event that the Event is completely cancelled, the customer who purchased the ticket and provided their contact information (email) will be notified via this contact information that the Event is cancelled.

If Magic Festival z.s. to the complete cancellation of the event, the customer will be refunded the entrance fee, with the exception of tickets purchased on the Go&Dance and AllEvents websites, where the entrance fee will be reduced by handling fees. This is because the operator of these websites charges a handling fee for each ticket sold of any type.

In the event of cancellation of the festival due to force majeure, Magic Festival z.s. reserves the right to charge a 10% administration fee for the organization and services provided before the start of the festival.

Magic Festival z.s. reserves the right to refund the customer the full amount of the ticket without giving a reason (except for tickets purchased through the websites – go&dance (goandance.com and AllEvents, where the ticket will be reduced by the handling fees of the portals), thereby canceling the validity of his ticket.
